Video

Record a short video in the mobile phone
Used videos as takeaway check (before leaving class, every one record a 20 seconds video to talk about one impressive point they have learned from the class)

Collect all videos as formative assessment
At the same time, give Ss opportunities to practice their speaking

Show students a short video maybe at the end of the class
Use videos as rewards to students as their good behavior and cooperation in the class

maybe hard to find some suitable videos (the language level is suitable for EFL leaners)

Use YouTube editor to cut the video into 2 min
Checked students’ background knowledge of a certain topic at the beginning of the class (Taking a  quiz after watching a video: write anything get about France from the video)
increase their interest in learning English------continue using

Learn this from my colleges when she giving a public lesson and the topic is about movies.

She cut a 1 min video and closed the sound track when giving this for students to practice dubbing.
Dub for a short video (let students watch a short video and provide them with some words and sentences, then give students sometime to practice, and later ask them dub for the video)

an interesting way to improve their speaking
Students paid more attention to words in steading of entertainment--- continue using
